Join the international collection of letters written to survivors pledging support and, most of all, the belief of survivors. SafeBAE has partnered with #SurvivorLoveLetter to have all Squads write letters to post all over school, share @safe_bae on Instagram, Twitter and #SurvivorLoveLetter Tumblr. The impact from a large collection of letters will truly be the support survivors need to report their assaults and not drop out of school.
Survivor Love Letter
What I Heard in the Halls
It's simple; just ask students in your school to write on a banner or anonymously submit what kinds of victim blaming, rape culture, harassment comments they've heard in the halls at school. Raising awareness about these issues helps to end them!
SHOW THE SafeBAE
This series of powerpoint presentations explores consent and healthy relationships, bystander intervention, myths and facts, rape culture, sexual harassment and assault, sexuality and gender diversity, how to respond to a survivor and student’s rights under Title IX – all student created!
With the help of a school advisor, you could approach your principal to host an assembly to present the series to your entire class.
HOST A SCREENING OF THE DOCUMENTARY "AUDRIE & DAISY"
Audrie & Daisy was released on Netflix on September 23, 2016, and in support of that release, the film will be available for free to school and community organizations who are interested in hosting a screening and talkback event.
